How To Make Chana Chaat

Today I am going to share with you very delicious Chana (grams) Chaat recipe. This is specially for those pregnant women who like spicy and sour foods :)

Ingredients:
  • Chanay (gram) boiled 3 cups
  • Green chilies chopped  5 to 6
  • Tomatoes 2  chopped without seeds 
  • Potatoes 2 boiled and chopped
  • Onion 1 chopped  in small pieces
  • Lemon 2 to 3 
  • Tamarind 4 to 5 spoons without seeds
  • Mint leaves 1 to 2 bunches 
  • Coriander 1 to 2 bunches
  • Salt 2 tablespoons 
  • Yogurt 2 cups
  • Chaat Masala (of national company easily available in markets)  
Recipe:
  • Take 3 cups of boiled grams in a big pan.
  • Add Green chilies, tomatoes, potatoes, onion, squeezed lemon, mint and coriander leaves well chopped, salt, tamarind  and chaat masala.
  • Mix it well.
  • You may add some yogurt while serving.
